AprilThe guys at Mold Testers 407 inspected my house after a pipe broke behind my toilet and flooded the south side of my house. They came out immediately and dried out everything within a 36 hour period. Mike and Paul made sure to explain the whole process every step of the way to help me understand. They are definitely dedicated to their craft! They are definitely my go to for anything Mold or Flood related. Thank you Mike and Paul!Posted on Google

Francisco RamosThis company was very professional from start to finish, explaining their work and educating us on mold and how it can affect living conditions. I was very impressed with Mike and how informative he was. The job they did was for my Father's home and his health is very dear to me so all the information they gave us was vital to that. Mandy CintronI would definitely recommend Mold Testers to check your home's air quality and mold concerns! We had a positive experience with them after Hurricane Ian, so when we suspected some issues this week, we called them again. Paul responded right away, and Mike came out quickly to assess and found several areas of concern. He was on time, friendly, professional, and willing to explain things and answer questions. We had the same experience with Paul several years ago. They're both great to work with! We highly recommend them!Posted on Google

Erin KimEnthusiastic 5 stars for Mike Pardos for thorough and thorough mold inspection at my condo, and also for Paul for explaining everything in such details. Thank you both so much! Oh also their price was the very best, really truly the best! I still can’t get over how much more other inspectors would charge for the exact same service. I’ll only ask for Mike if I ever need another mold inspection again living in FL.
